This is an open area large room with 1000 sq. ft
Maximum occupancy is one hundred (100) people.
Rental includes) (6) 48" Round
Tables and (2) 36 Round Tables, (2) 6 ft. long tables
VBCEH Ball Room- 2nd Floor:
This is an open area large room with 1000 sq. ft. and is
equipped with recess lights, foyer and two office space
upstairs. Maximum occupancy is 100 hundred people.
Rental includes (6) 48" Round Tables and (2) 36 Round
Tables, (2) 6 ft. Long Tables and 60 Chairs
Kitchen: Commercial Refrigerator, Micro Wave, Electric Stove, Double Oven, Freezer, Ice Maker, 8 Ft. Preparation Bar, 4 Ft. Stainless Steel Preparation Table, Room Divider from kitchen to Great Room, Island with 12 Ft. serving bar.
VBCEH Plus Outside:
The Hall sits on 2 acres of land and is equipped with
kitchen facility and nice lavatories. Set design available
for outside events to fit your occasion

A SIGNED CONTRACT AND THE PAID DEPOSIT
REQUIRED FOR YOUR VENUE SECURES YOUR
RENTAL DATE.
No deposits will be refunded for any cancellations.
