Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at VBCEH! In order for us to serve you in the best way possible, please fill out this form with as much information as you can.

Requests for conferences, concerts, and retreats must be received at least one month in advance. Details for your event must be finalized at least three weeks in advance.

Once your request has been submitted and we have received it, you will receive a confirmation email. Our events team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. However, due to the amount of requests that we receive, please allow at least one business day for processing.
