shall be utilized for the sole purpose of renting facility for:

+ Hosting family reunions/gatherings,

+ Church benefits

+ Birthday parties

+ Wedding

+ Receptions

+ Award ceremonies,

+ Community association fund raisers

+ Charitable gatherings

+ Community town hall meetings

                                                        + Facilitating, promoting social and cultural events, etc. 

ARDED’s, LLC is a sole proprietorship, operating under entrepreneur Dedra H. Burke.  ARDED’s, LLC

dba Vinegar Bend Community Event Hall (VBCEH) located in Vinegar Bend, AL which is located in Washington County, Alabama

and will begin fully operational upon completion of renovation this year 2021.  ARDED’s, LLC recognizes that there is a need to

have a venue/facility of this type in the local community when on many occasions' others traveled 12 or more miles outside of the area.

Other event venue’s will not be able to match the convenience and price VBCEH will give.
